Gail Blackburn - Flutist

Introduction: Gail Blackburn is a professional flutist, with over 20 years of experience, providing wedding ceremony music to Southwest Florida. Gail can provide music for your entire ceremony - before, as your guests arrive, during the ceremony, and as your guests exit. She is able to play in a variety of venues - inside, outside, beach, garden, or church. Gail can perform alone, with backing tracks, or with an accompanist of your choice. Gail has earned her master's in music education from the University of Akron, and has performed as a soloist, as well as with orchestras, and concert bands in Florida, Ohio and New York. In addition to performing, Gail is also a state-certified music educator, and she has been a solo and ensemble adjudicator, as well as maintaining a private studio. Gail can provide a variety of music styles and can work with the bride on her choices.
