What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a personal chef make sure they are insured and if they offer to deliver prepared food make sure they are working out of a licensed commercial kitchen NOT a home kitchen which is illegal. This is why all my client's food is prepared in the client's kitchen.
