Responded within an hour of my request on a Sunday. Scheduled to work for 1 PM on Christmas Eve, the team was polite professional and thorough.
They painstakingly cleaned both my infrared grill as well as my smoker and did an excellent job.
I will be referring them as well as using them on a regular basis to keep my grill tip top.
