I’ve been working in beautiful South Florida homes for nearly 30 years and have vast knowledge of almost all aspects of home construction, and especially older mid 1900’s homes. From the stuff under the floor to wires and pipes inside the walls to the lights and ducts above the ceiling. From concrete construction to wood construction, plumbing to electric, windows to appliances. I know almost everything there is to know about a South Florida house. I specialize in helping to design complete renovations and remodels as well as maintenance, hard scape and landscape. I can review plans and consult on builds and provide 3D renderings. He was great! The reviews prove it. This was an installation of a downdraft vent and a cook top. He went out of his way to get extra supplies needed. Would use him again for other household repairs as well.
