I first discovered Valerie towards the beginning of 2010 when I had a severe neck pain. After visiting a variety of Doctors and Chiropractors, it was suggested that I try craniosacral therapy. Valerie seems to be one of only a few who have mastered this form of therapy.
On my first visit to Valerie it was clear that not only was she very good at craniosacral therapy but she was also the best massage therapist I had ever visited.
Since the first part of 2010 when Valerie healed my severe neck problem, I have come to trust her for any other "kinks" or soreness I get in my body. Valerie seems to have truly studied the human body far beyond that of a typical massage therapist and she seems to have a natural affinity for how to fix body problems.
Over the years I have recommended her to many freinds and also to family. She is very, very good at what she does.

A little over one year ago Valerie help us bring our precious daughter into the world. She is a wonderful person whom our family had the pleasure of her caring nature to help us through our pregnancy. If you asked me about hiring a professional like Valerie, I would say "yes, please do this for Yourself." We are beautiful women giving birth. The most amazing moment ever of your life should be trusted that you have the ability inside you to give a natural birth. Please do try her methods. Always be open to guidance for your partner,you and your health, and the health your child. If you are unable to have a natural birth, I'm positive that she knows how to give you the support you will need. My husband and I both were impressed and satisfied with the entire experience. By the time our girl was into the world we all felt the miracle of and exhaustion of birth. She was at our front door around midnight and with us until 6am for our birth. we were so honored to have had her there coaching us. Thank you for all of your kindness.

Valerie's a great massage! She is really knowledgable about the body and knows just where it is you need work. She is also a trainer for many of the area masseuses. Don't miss an opportunity to have a session with her!
