The team that came to my home were great. work ethic and professionalism were outstanding. I will use this company and highly recommend them. They cleaned my solarpanels and inspected them. They trouble shooted them and then replaced a part that had quit working.

Over the past few years, I have had to many unfortunate solar company experiences. From the botched initial install to attempts at having said install fixed. It is HARD to find a good, trustworthy and HONEST solar contractor. The last two I had contacted demanded $600+ to just come see the system. With an "it will be deducted from the job" promise. That's what NOT to do if you want a long term customer. Enter Davielle with STEWORKS. His first visit to evaluate my situation was not only scheduled smoothly and quickly but he didn't charge a fee to just evaluate. He then came again with his partner and they did a full system check WITHOUT a signed contract or up-front fee. After the crook group that installed my senior parents initial system, I had almost given up hope of finding a way to get it running again for them. Davielle and James changed that belief. I have contracted with them and they have already come and begun the project. I have full faith that we have found our solar contractor and look forward to having a reliable local solar company to service our home for the years to come. I will update later as the project is completed.

Davio outreached to me letting me know when he expected to arrive (which by the way was on time). He was professional and communicated the details on how my solarpanels would be cleaned. He was absolutely fair with his price and my solarpanels appear to be so much cleaner. He also assured leaves on my roof were blown off as well. I would definitely use him/the firm again.

Davielle was very responsive and came out the same day I initially asked for a quote to clean my solarpanels….what a difference after he cleaned them! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very competitive pricing wise. We use Solar Panel manufacturing approved equipment so we don’t mess with your panels warranty! Therefore good quality work is always the least expensive in the long run!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make sure we both are comfortable with the job! Solar panels are a big investment! We will meet, go over pricing & I’ll get started :)
