Jimmy gave me an estimate broken out the way I requested. He was always prompt with communication and on time. He went the extra mile every time and did a great job repairing my subfloor. It was not an easy job especially bcz I needed to keep my existing flooring, but he made it happen. He also helped find and repair the cause of the damage. He needs to drink more water while he's working though, so push it on him 🙂
