Great experience from start to finish! Cook’s service techs are very professional and above all, HONEST. Another big name company told me that I needed thousands of dollars in repairs but Cook’s was able to diagnose my AC and found no serious issues that needed repair. This saved me both time and money. I will definitely call Cook’s next time I need AC service! Thanks Cook’s for an awesome AC experience!

Robert came over and though there wasn't any issues with my installation of Google nest thermostat, he checked it out and advised about further HVAC maintenance

I had a very professional gentleman arrive who was quite flexible and prompt with scheduling. He quickly assessed the area in need and offered a working solution and explained the process thoroughly which I really appreciated. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional through and through. I would definitely recommend Cook’s AirConditioning for any sort of maintenance or repair needs anyone might have. The scheduling process was also prompt courteous and professional as well. The pricing was quite fair given the high quality of detailed work and service provided which resulted in a complete definitive fix. I’ve been utilizing ac services off and on for roughly 15 years in Florida and this company and the gentleman they provided to do the work stood out far and beyond what I have been accustomed to. They reflect positively on the profession as a whole. Thank you, WJ
Couldn't be happier, great communication, the tech Jeremy was on time and explained every part of the repair process. We found our HVAC company! AAA+++
