AC went out in our 2 story and Devon came to the rescue! I appreciate the time he spent educating us on our unit and preventing measures for the future. I am waiting on their subscription service to ensure I have yearly check ups and priory scheduling for emergencies!

I was having some noise issues with a new AC unit. Darron arrived on time, found the issue, resolved it. Not only did he get the job done but he also gave us tips on how to keep the AC running smoothly and suggestions on how to keep it safe when the weather isn't cooperating. I asked him that if he could give me a free estimate, but he charged me a service call fee anyway. How is it free estimate if he comes and charges you. I will not work with him.

Clearly, there is a communication issue. If you book me for a service call I won't charge you for giving an estimate. If you are close by 30-45 minutes away no problem to come and give an estimate at no additional charge. Also, there is consideration on the distance I have to travel. You are located 1 hour and 52 minutes from my business. Thumbtack charges me a fee for that lead. I also stated that I would reimburse you that $75 if you chose my company for the install.
