Overall work was done well and any touch ups were made as requested. Punctuality & communication were lacking. I’m not sure if that was due to them being in Orlando instead of Ocala but there was always a disparity between when they said they’d be there versus when they actually were. Side note: as I was cleaning up, I found evidence that they were drinking during the job. I felt like this was unprofessional.

He needs to keep his word regarding his price and only charge for the work. He actually does. He went to my mom‘s house did the top cabinets and only put one screw on each cabinet to hold now I have to worry about it holding her dishes. I don’t even know if it will hold anything safely. He is charging me for putting the bottom cabinets yet he never installed them. He cannot be trusted wants to make money because we’re only women in the house.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. I take pride in the quality of my work and in treating all clients with honesty and respect, regardless of gender. Regarding the cabinets, I followed standard practice during the installation process. Using a single screw because there only one stud behind that cabinet is common, I would never leave a job incomplete or unsafe, and if there was any confusion or concern about the installation, I wish it had been brought to my attention at the time so I could address it immediately. As for the bottom cabinets, I only charge for work that I complete. If there was any misunderstanding about what was done or billed, I’m more than willing to go over the invoice and make sure everything is accurate and fair.
