I had 2 dogs one of which (Princess) was aggressive and wasn’t groomed as she couldn’t sedate the dog. On CiCi, her session was excellent. I am happy with CiCi’s grooming experience.

Alyssa was great with my Shih Tzu... I’m visiting from out of town and had to stay longer suddenly, but he needed a groomer ASAP... I message two places, one got back to me and said they could be here the next day, without calling they never showed up.. the other place never got back to me... THEN I found this place and they were VERY quick to respond with available dates and times for the same week... Also- Furby’s hair was starting to blind him but he wouldn’t let me cut it.. So I messaged them and they put me at ease, right away... When she got here he actually trusted her more than he trusted me to do it and he let her do EVERYTHING without a fuss!! She even got ALL the matted areas out.. He looks, feels and smells AMAZING...
Definitely calling them again when I’m in town next for sure! Thanks 🙏🏻

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer we send them our online new customer form for them to fill out as well as have them read our policies and procedures online and we’re good to go!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned as an apprenticeship, a couple of senior groomers taught me everything I know and constant continuing education is very important to me.
