What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer I prefer to have a sit down meeting or conference call to get a feel of the customers needs and personality. Their needs for obvious reasons but I get to know their personality so that the plan I build for them fits their lifestyle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from business degree, multiple certifications including one in social media consultation I have over 20 yrs of hands on experience.

My services are budget based.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working in a field and realizing the my client at the time needed the service but didnt have the budget to hire an additional person to do it.

Small businesses - car washes, liquor stores, restaurants, barber shops, etc; Entertainers, Ministries
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do their research and utilize google a business of this type should be able to be found on google to verify the past campaigns
