Kyle C was amazingly professional, kind, and helpful and helped us get to the root of the problem. While we needed to wait for the part to come, but Kyle came and expeditiously got it installed for us keeping our down time to a minimum.

David was very professional, courteous. Upon arriving, he immediately started troubleshooting to determine what the problem was with my AC unit. Once he determined the problem, he proceeded to repair. Once the repairs was completed, he explained how to maintain the unit.

On 2/26/24 I had MY A/C serviced. I had a UV light replaced ($269), being told it would be good for 2 years. My invoice states that it should be replaced every year. What's up with that?
Again, the Maint./Tuneup Checklist has no data and has an old picture of of my air filter. So, I really don't know what was done except the $269 UV light replacement.
Robert Woods was a nice guy and was professional, but the All-Star Company has taken a big step backward over the past few years.

This review is in regards to Kyle Coursin. The technician was very knowledgeable about my system. He checked the entire heating and cooling system. He made recommendations and replaced what was needed. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend the company.
