- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now, I am offering a discounted price but NOT discounted services. You will get the full benefit of my 20+ years of experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We are a team working together for YOU! 2. We start where you need to start. Don't worry if you don't know exactly what that is - I'm trained to ask the questions to figure it out. 3. You are the expert on you and your life. 4. We use personal assessment and scaling to measure progress at each session. Your first session is usually 1.5 hours. subsequent sessions are 1 hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing crisis counseling at 19 years old. My education continued with my Master's degree in clinical social work (psychotherapy). Consequently, I have training in trauma, solution-focused, and anger management. NOTE: Most recently, I prefer coaching in the areas of communication, relationships, and personal growth. After years of doing psychotherapy, I concluded it's not always necessary, coaching helps you focus on what you want to accomplish right NOW. Coaching assists you in narrowing your focus so you can overcome hurtles and get over anything keeping you stuck!
