- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If it's a small repair that won't take much time we do have a base price of $100 depending on distance. Everything else that will take longer it's by the hour. That hourly rate is determined by the complexity of the job. The range is $30 - $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our secretary Joy Murray will take your call and then she will get a idea of what u need and link u with our technician and we can set up a on site estimate. If material is needed it will have to be arranged before we can start majority of cases we have the material with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our main technician Dana (Mac) Murray has been in this business for 25 plus years and also has been in other professions to add a diversity to the skills you may need. Bottom line is his work is beautiful.
