Sorry for the late review. Freddie did an amazing job. The tile i had done in my dining room came out great. I would hire him again when i am ready to do my laminate flooring.

Freddie and his team were amazing! They showed up on time, worked extremely hard and exceeded our expectations. The levelness of my subfloor and squareness of my walls was less than ideal, but despite the challenges, he and his team were committed to making it work. Freddie is a detailed oriented perfectionist (much appreciated) and sincerely cared about making us happy. This level of customer service is rare nowadays, but Sterling Custom Floors renewed our faith in hiring contractors to work on our home. Freddie is highly skilled in a number of areas (carpets, carpentry, etc.) and we wound up hiring him to run all of our baseboards and to trim out our windows and doors. He is also part of a vast network of highly skilled professionals. He referred us to an associate of his, which we in turn, hired to do an additional project in our home. We are extremely pleased with the service his associate provided as well. We would not hesitate to hire Freddie and his team again and are sincerely thankful to them for the job they did.

Laminate: $1.00 - $1.50 sq ft Hardwood (Glue Down/Nail Down): $2.00 - $2.50 sq ft Carpet: $3.50 yrd and up depending on products
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Sterling Custom Floors, the customer's wishes always come first. We strive to make all of our customers, new and repeat, comfortable and confident in our abilities. We listen carefully to their project goals and preferences and accommodate them fully.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by an "old school" master carpenter and learned through a combination of hard work, common sense and determination. I've been in this line of work for close to two decades.
