- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?First thing is we offer free estimates. Our pricing is always fair and competitive. We are not the cheapest company out there because we do not take shortcuts and we do not hire unqualified personnel. We always take the time to do the job correctly without putting ourselves or the customer and/or customers property at risk. We will always offer a discount to our proud military families. And ALL of our repeat customers will receive a discount. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always want to meet with a customer on the site where the work is to be done so we can evaluate it correctly. We take the time to explain what the options are and what our professional opinion is that needs to be done. We always make sure that we have answered all of the customer's questions. We try our best to educate as much as we can and be thorough in our explanation for how we're doing it and why we chose to do it that way. We always go over all safety protocols to ensure that both ourselves and the customer will be safe. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My brother and I have both been climbing and doing critical removals for over 20 years each (40 yrs total). We are Certified Trainers for Critical Removals. We Have our ( QLCA ) = Qualified Line Clearance Arborist. We are high angle rescue qualified. We have extensive and continuing training for positive and negative riggings.
