Greet the customer and then talk about the problem they are having. Discuss the options and the possible solutions. Decide on a plan of action and then resolve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree in Computer Science. I have been trained on printer repair, laptops, PCs, and network hardware.

I have worked with small businesses, corporations, and residential customers.
