Zach was very through and reliable. Even though I didn’t initially purchase my main system with him, he sat on the phone with me on a Saturday to make sure that I properly pre soaked my system. Once Zach arrived he immediately notice differences with my system and found solutions. I even end up purchasing his alkaline water system for my house. Zach is prompt, professional, and personable. Zach installed a full-house filtering system not only once, but twice to comply with HOA guidelines.
