Zach was very through and reliable. Even though I didn’t initially purchase my main system with him, he sat on the phone with me on a Saturday to make sure that I properly pre soaked my system.

Once Zach arrived he immediately notice differences with my system and found solutions.

I even end up purchasing his alkaline water system for my house.

I wish I would’ve got my ENTIRE system from him.

Thank you, Zach

Zach is prompt, professional, and personable. Zach installed a full-house filtering system not only once, but twice to comply with HOA guidelines. We are very satisfied with our filtered, softened water: our drinking water is clean, laundry is soft out of the washer, and a persistent smell from the dishwasher has disappeared. Thank you Zach!

Zack did a fantastic job installing my Fleck water softener and Pentair filtration system (purchased separately). Everything went smoothly, the quality of work was excellent, and the price was very competitive. Highly satisfied!

We had consultations with several water filtration companies before deciding to work with Better Drinking Better Living, and we're so glad we did.

From the very beginning, Zack stood out because of his knowledge, professionalism, and honesty. It was clear that he is an expert in water filtration and water conditioning systems. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and explain the different options without any pressure.

One of the biggest challenges in our home was finding a solution that would provide clean water to our refrigerator while working with our kitchen island sink layout. Zack was the only person who came up with a practical solution that addressed all of our needs. He was very knowledgeable about carbon filtration systems and was a straight shooter throughout the entire process.

When it came time for installation, Zack was prompt, careful, and professional. He installed our whole-house water filtration system with great attention to detail and walked us through everything we needed to know about operating and maintaining it. To us, that's one of the most important parts of any installation—you need a technician who truly knows what they're doing and is willing to educate the homeowner.

Zack was also extremely responsive, easy to work with, and offered a great value. We are so glad we waited and found him rather than rushing into a decision with another company.

We look forward to working with Zack and Better Drinking Better Living for years to come and highly recommend them to anyone considering a water filtration or water conditioning system.
