TemperaturePro really came through when I was recently stuck in an impossible situation. My system was installed by a different company, and has now failed twice (thankfully parts are still being covered under the extended warranty). The company I purchased it from has abandoned its customers. Thankfully, when my blower and compressor went out, again, a call to TemperaturePro was all it took to have someone out within an hour, diagnose the issue, and start the repair process. Both techs and management were super-responsive and made sure to stay in constant communication. Everything was installed and my A/C is working stronger than it has since I bought the house 15 years ago. All of this, and the fairest pricing I have ever seen. Its so nice to find a company that does great work, communicates with its customers, and is more than reasonable with its prices. I will definitely do business with this company again, and you should not hesitate to reach out to them if you have any A/C needs.

Fast arrival even though it wasn't an emergency. Had the job fixed and AC running within an hour of making the call and at a very good price. Getting a free quote as well and will not hesitate to use them when the time comes to replace my aging AC units.
