Lisa is amazing. She works to personalize and tailor each session to you; helps you find what tools will help you continue to make progress! Many times before I have tried to kick this habit alone and many times I had Failed by day 2 or 3. It is currently day 5 and I am Convinced now more than ever that this WILL work this time!!!

My overall experience was very good! I have for 2 weeks completely removed sugar from my diet! I continue (not sure why?) to make good choices! I feel like I almost hear voices telling me to make good decisions! No ice cream & feeling ok about that! I felt very comfortable during my experience & felt Lisa was very caring & really wanted to b able to help me! For me it was a great experience & I look forward to see where it goes!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on packages. Smoking I require 2 sessions, Weight loss is 3-6 sessions over a three month time period depending. I also offer accountability coaching on a daily, twice a week, three times a week and 5 days a week package
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a free 20 min consultation to discuss how I can help meet your needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied coaching at Mentor Coach and Hypnosis at UP Hypnosis and many additional courses along the way.
