- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: The process begins with a free consultation where we discuss your project needs, vision, and budget. This is a great time for us to understand your goals and expectations, and for you to ask any questions you may have about our process. Site Visit & Evaluation: After the consultation, we’ll schedule a site visit (if necessary) to assess the space and take measurements. This helps us provide a more accurate estimate and design recommendations. For larger projects, we may bring in specialized team members (such as designers or engineers) to evaluate the space further. Proposal & Estimate: Once we have all the details, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive written estimate or proposal, outlining the project scope, timeline, and costs. If necessary, we can revise the proposal based on your feedback or any changes you want to make. We want you to feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Contract Signing & Scheduling: If you approve the estimate, we’ll sign a formal contract that outlines all the terms, including the project scope, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty details. Once the contract is in place, we’ll schedule the start date and begin preparations for your project. Construction/Project Execution: With the contract in place, our team will get to work. Throughout the project, we’ll keep you informed of progress and any important updates. Our goal is to minimize disruption to your daily life while delivering top-quality results. We’ll always be available to answer questions or address concerns. Final Walkthrough & Completion: Upon completion of your project, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction. If there are any last-minute adjustments or changes, we’ll take care of them promptly. We want you to be 100% happy with the results. Post-Project Support: After the project is complete, we don’t disappear. We offer warranties on our work and will be available for any follow-up questions or issues that may arise.
