Hi, we are the Daniels’ owners and operators of K2 Green Works and we specialize in year-round property maintenance for both commercial and residential properties. When it comes to lawncare, it’s not just grass that you have to be concerned with; often times when the season changes, so do the temperatures, which can change the needs of your property. From revitalizing mulch beds, hauling, shrub removal, trimming trees AND more. (K2 Does it ALL)! One of our owners, Kenneth, graduated with a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida, allowing him to understand how different systems work cohesively, using different processes. The result is different disciplines being able to work in the same ecosystem to accomplish similar if not the same goals. Additionally, our Co-owner Krystle also brings a unique customer focused approach helping streamline processes with her expertise as a Business Process Consultant. We realize our company is part of a large collective, which includes homeowners associations, real estate agencies, homeowners, tenants, even herbicide and pesticide companies; all of which play a vital role in keeping a property upkept to preserve its value.
