Due to the legal nature of these forms, the only time a notary can assist in both drafting and notarizing documents is when they are an attorney, who ALSO has a notary license. In this, case you would need a 'Civil Law' Notary. I am not an attorney. Thus, I can not assist in formulating these documents, but  if your paperwork is already drafted and only needs a notarization, I can assist you in your signing.
