I must say that I'm impressed with the quality of Matthew's work. To see someone as young as him upon arrival, respond quickly when inquired about pricing, answer all the questions I had, be on time and go above and beyond. Our pool patio is surrounded by trees and the concrete floor gets grimy, moldy and and it's leaves no desire to spend time outside. But now; it looks new, clean and now we are ready for the spring and summer. He also did our driveway and makes it makes us happy to pull in and see how clean it is. What a difference pressure washing can do when done the right way ! Matthew really did A great job and we will be using him moving forward, routinely. Thank you Matthew and Optimum Surface Cleaner ! Excellent results. The sanding of the pavers was done right- and plenty filled. An extra complimentary coat of sealer too !!! You are the best!!! Thank you !

Matthew responded to my initial request fairly quickly and came to the rescue when my regular lawn company couldn’t come. I had thought I was going to hire him permanently , however after paying him for monthly service he never showed back up to complete the month! Tried calling and texting requested a semi refund but never received one. He’s a nice kid but needs to learn more about business communication. You would be better off seeking a professional lawn care company.

I am satisfied with the work and deal I got from Matthew. As a property manager I deal with people who do the bare minimum and leave. Matthew really accommodated the apartment needs and made sure it was done right. He left the pool deck and screen spotless. He really did a great job! Thanks Matt!
