- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include all taxes and fees. In some Cases we have an extra charge for wood because this cannot be accounted for until the old roof comes off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact homeowner via phone or email about a time to come give a free estimate. Provide a detailed estimate. Once chosen we then have homeowner pick materials and colors. Pull permits. Record NOC. Set a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have a business degree. Multiple certifications in roofing manufacturers including GAF, Owens Corning, Mule-hide, GACO, and Fibertite just to name a few.
