Duane Wright runs an operation where everyonefrom Richard to Brandon and Anthonyshows up prepared and follows through.The installation itself was clean and well-executed, and the Prime Time Permit team (Mark and Patty) stayed on top of every step of the permitting and inspection process. They kept us informed the entire way, which made the experience easy and stress-free.We just received PTO from TECO, and everything performed exactly as promised. We had a solar and battery system installed by Fused a couple of months ago. I could not have had a better experience. Duane and Richard were very responsive with questions and updates. Richard was onsite every day to check on the progress. Also, Sam and the install team were extremely professional and did a quality job. The install is very clean and looks great in our garage. Highly recommended for solar installations!
