Needed emergent water heater on a Sunday afternoon. Drip or Drop responded within minutes and within 2 hours, the technician Jason arrived, assessed the situation, quoted me and left to get the tank. Jason did a great job working in tight quarters. Quality work all around. Even tacked on 2 five minute quick fixes for him which saved me hours. Thank you guys!

Jonathan and partner (forgot name — I think it also started with a “J”) showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and drove a distance to the supply company to purchase the needed part. They were professional, personable, and had the toilet fixed in no time.
