Okay, my technician was very professional and performed the required repairs to a standard even higher than what I expected. He was very thorough and explaining everything that he had done to effect repairs and demonstrated how to use the new fixtures that had installed.

7:30am - Awoke to a busted water heater in my garage, now wet. 8:00am - On a Saturday morning, 3J's responded w/in 10 mins. 10:30am - At Lowes after replacement heater wouldn't fit in my car, 3J's swung by and picked it up and delivered it to my home. 1:30pm - new water heater is installed! I love that a father & son team let their work and actions speak for them. Great team. Great service. Done!

Hired them to install a water heater on short notice. After I explained that our water heater had been out of service for over a week, James got me on the schedule. Everyone on the crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They wore protective booties when they needed to enter the house. They had to do some troubleshooting on my particular brand but everyone stayed until every issue was resolved and my heater was working perfectly. I would definitely hire for my next plumbing project.
