Three J's came to my rescue lol. I was changing my toilet bowl valve when the plastic supply line broke. They came and replaced the plastic supply line with a metal one, took less then a hour. They were the first ones to reply in a timely manner and were very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever need assistance again I know who to call.

Okay, my technician was very professional and performed the required repairs to a standard even higher than what I expected. He was very thorough and explaining everything that he had done to effect repairs and demonstrated how to use the new fixtures that had installed.

I had a bad leak from the toilet caused by a clogged line. James was on time, fast, and efficient and charged a reasonable rate, He came out the same day which was on a Sunday and solved the problem and put a new wax ring on the toilet. Thanks James for a great job!
