Less than 24 hour ago, on a weekend day, I contacted this company for help with an issue I started having with my washing machine. Today, the machine has been repaired and is already completing it’s first load of wash. This company’s response time, accurate, knowledgeable assessment and timely completion of the job at a fair price are all reasons that I’ll be contacting them in the future if I need any other appliance repairs.

I was very pleased with the service I received. ALL the other companies that responded to my project were going to charge me an astronomical fee, or told me that I should buy a new fridge, because it wasn't worth fixing. AB Appliance Repair informed me that LG offered a special warranty that extended beyond my manufacturer's warranty. I would be able to get the part for free, and he would install it at a fair price. Everything worked out exactly as he said. They are a certified LG service company, which was invaluable in this situation.
