- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A service call allows us to understand what needs to be fixed, confirm the project's final price, and then complete the job. We charge a $55 fee to come out for the service call. We’ll waive our fee if we’re hired to complete the job. Over 75 % of the issues can be fixed the same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Technician will determine the cause of the breakdown and tell you the total repair price. He has a set of the most common replacement parts, so he can fix it the same day. Our company uses only original parts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have all the necessary certificates for work in the field of repairing household appliances, including insurance and a licence to work with freon.
