Andrew responded to my request for help with my fridge not cooling immediately. He came out the next day, diagnosed quickly as a start relay issue and fixed for a reasonable fee. He then immediately diagnosed issues with a stove burner and dishwasher and gave me good price on those. He fixed the busted switch on the stove burner and broken dishwasher water valve in 2 days. Very relieved to have 3 issues sorted promptly for a reasonable cost.

A service call allows us to understand what needs to be fixed, confirm the project's final price, and then complete the job. We charge a $55 fee to come out for the service call. We’ll waive our fee if we’re hired to complete the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
