• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I have some of the best pricing for materials due to my good relationship and reputation with a wholesaler and get get up to %25 off on quality materials

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I give them an estimate price if they like the price we proceed to the deposit once they have paid the deposit I lock them in my schedule and when the time comes I put my full attention on their project

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have 5 years of on hands experience in almost every aspect of construction but mainly so in flooring and tile
