Our experience was great. Kelly and Eggy were very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. We had a Baldwin lock that no other locksmith could or was willing to repair. They took time to understand the issue and were able to fix within minutes. They were also able to rekey two locks on the spot. I am extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend them.
