Cody with Smooth Moves responded to me very quickly. He was professional and got all the information before giving me a quote that was for just what I needed and nothing I did not need. Other providers were listing moving blankets, shrink wrap, dolly’s and trucks and all I needed was a 2 part piece of furniture moved from one side of my living room to the other. We set a date and time and Cody reconfirmed that morning. When the job before us ran long he let me know well in advance. When they headed our way he called again. I was not left waiting not knowing if I had time to do other things. His communication was wonderful. They got the 2 pieces moved with no problem and got it all lined up so I could get to the electrical outlet. I would use them again and they are well worth 5+ stars

After a move that had to happen the next day backed out, I was stressed, recovering from hospital etc. I found Corey and Smooth Move. They were so quick to respond, and willing to help. This company moved their start time up to avoid bad weather later. They arrived clean, awake, pleasant, and ready to work. They did an excellent job, checking with me periodically to be sure all was ok. I would hire them again.
