Okay, my technician was very professional and performed the required repairs to a standard even higher than what I expected. He was very thorough and explaining everything that he had done to effect repairs and demonstrated how to use the new fixtures that had installed.

They were on very responsive to online messages, were punctual, fair priced, and did great work. The cartridge got changed for the shower faucet and they bought another plastic faucet since they metal one was missing a screw and the other plastic one wasn't on effectively.
