Melvin and team were great to work with! He was on time, cleaned up each day and after the job and was honest and fair. His quality of work was superior! We had two exterior doors removed. The drywall and texture on the inside as well as the stucco on the outside are a perfect match to the surrounding walls. He was able to start the job quickly and worked around my inconsistent schedule. Charise was great with communication and went above and beyond to keep me informed of quotes, scheduling and even gave a heads up prior to his arrival. We already have our next project planned with him!

Melvin was great. He was very thorough with the different jobs he completed for us. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. Melvin cleaned up all the mess and took everything away. He also went out of his way to help us with Home Depot. Home Depot messed up my order on a very heavy barn door twice. Melvin was kind enough to help us take the door back two different times to exchange them. Aedifex is a great company, so nice and helpful and did a fantastic job. I plan to hire them for many other jobs around my house. I also liked that no job is to small for them. Great company!!

Melvin and Charise were very prompt with their response to my request for an estimate for popcorn ceiling removal and paint job. They met me the following day on the weekend and I had a written estimate that evening. They kept me informed daily about the project. They completed the job at the estimated time. They did everything from picking up the paint and removing closet doors and reinstalling them. They also completed a garage side door installation for me. I am so happy with my new ceilings, walls, and door.

aedifex sets pricing based upon the average across Pinellas and surrounding counties. No price is set in stone. Being fair and equitable is essential. There is always room to negotiate. We always encourage our customers to "Name Their Price". This is something that eliminates the back/forth resulting in giving the customer a sense of ease allowing them to work within their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to listen to the customers' needs more so than to tell them what we think they need. Communication is essential to getting the job done efficiently and effectively. We schedule a time to stop by the customers home to view the project. We listen, discuss and suggest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years of experience working with construction, I've also acquired a residential and roofing contractors license and a 2 year degree in industrial engineering.
