- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually work by the job not by the hour. We go out there and meet our customers with a free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to contact our new customers in a timely manner in order to meet customers needs. We go to their property and take a look to the electrical job they need, and provide them with a written estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a Master Electrician State Certified.
