FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the distance I might require a service call fee which of course will be waived if job is approved. I offer great pricing for the quality and workmanship I provide for my jobs. Always ask if I have any specials at the moment as I am always looking for ways to help customers through these tough times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to initially talk to the customer and set up an appointment for an estimate to look at the reason they are reaching out. From there during the estimate we go over the job they are looking to get done and assure that their is nothing else needed for immediate attention such as a bad breaker or bad wiring. After we confirm that we can do the install safely we talk price and reach an agreement. Depending on the size of the job I might collect a 50% deposit and the remaining balance once I am finished. Most importantly I make sure that the customer doesn’t have any questions on why the job is being performed or what it entails. My priority is to have the customer feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience and associate in mechanical engineering. I come from a family of electricians so I’ve had the pleasure of leading small and large crews and have finished many projects over the years. Now I am a master in my field and love helping people out so it is a great fit to be an electrical contractor.
