At Ney Electric, we believe in honest, transparent, and competitive pricing. We provide detailed estimates before starting any work so customers know exactly what to expect. Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the project, and we do our best to offer affordable solutions without compromising quality. Discounts may also be available for larger projects, repeat customers, or referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing the customer’s electrical needs, concerns, and project goals. After evaluating the job site, we provide a clear estimate and explain the recommended solutions. Once approved, we schedule the work promptly and maintain communication throughout the project to ensure everything is completed safely, efficiently, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience and training in residential and commercial electrical work, including installations, repairs, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance. We stay up to date with electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices to ensure reliable and professional service on every project.
