It was a pleasure working with this beautiful young lady because she was very professional and knowledgeable even though it was her first time doing my certain petition which made it a challenge for her but one she gladly took on and completed with confidence. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very affordable and I assist the client from preparing the document, notarizing it for them and also assist them with uploading the documents to the court E-filing portal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would normally ask questions about the services they are looking for and discuss the price which include Notary services of document need to be notarized. Once client is in agreement; I would send them a questionnaire through email in order to prepare their documents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from FIU with my paralegal Certificate
