I can help if you're looking for a personal assistant for duties such as grocery shopping, errand running, paying bills, picking up dry cleaning, taking car to car wash, washing clothes, light cooking, post office, cleaning office, cleaning and managing home, walking dog, computer savvy, etc. I have my own transportation and valid driver's license. Home cleaning and office cleaning services are also offered. I am a personal assistant and offer cleaning and organizing. I offer fair prices (per job rates): * $88 for whole house cleaning * $65.00 for studio/efficiency/1-bedroom cleaning * $85.00 for 2 bedrooms up to 2 bathrooms * $105.00 for 3 bedrooms up to 3 bathrooms * $125.00 and up for 4 bedrooms and up These are for one-time cleanings, big messes that you don't want to tackle, such as after parties, weekend guests and events. Alecia's moving and relocating services: I get houses and apartments ready for move-out and move-in. I clean walls, clean floors, remove pet odors, clean tile, clean base boards, clean refrigerator, clean stove, etc. It's as clean as when you first moved in. Deposit return is guaranteed. Rates: * $200.00 for packing and cleaning (studio to 1 bedroom) I pack and clean, so that you may get your deposit back. * $300.00 (2 bedrooms up to 1 bath) * $550 (3 bedrooms up to 2 baths) * $600 and up for 4 bedrooms and up My prices are fair (hourly rates). The prices are time-fair. Jobs require details, and both parties need to be satisfied at the end (i.e. you and me). * $11.00 an hour for washing and folding clothing * $12.00 an hour for business and computer work and errands * $12.00 for overnight hours, 6:00 p.m. thru 6:00 a.m. for elder companion, baby sitter You have my prices. There are no surprises. My prices are firm, but fair. I also do eBay posting, Craigslist posting, travel arrangements, plan events (parties, kids' parties), social networking, etc. Let's work together to make both of our lives easy. I am bonded for $5,000.00. I reside in Miami Gardens. I will travel as far as WPB with compensation for time and travel. I'm reliable and a team player. I have excellent references.
