Let me start off by telling you this is one of the best companies I've worked with. Ruben is amazing. I had an older spiral staircase that wasn't hardwood, It was actually carpet laminate. The rails were terrible and wasn't safe. They replaced all the stairs with beautiful stained white oak hardwood and modernize my rails, which were definitely not too safe & sturdy. Now it looks amazing and solid as a rock. I can't say enough how impressed I am. Ruben will go out of his way to ensure you are totally satisfied and happy with the job. Which he did. If you're looking for a very honest reliable company with excellent craftsmanship, Prism is the company for you. A+++ All Tne Way! I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs stair work!
