Mike is a very experienced, highly qualified, and personable professional! I wish there were more than five stars, since he and his crew deserve at least seven. I was impressed with Mike from the start when he quickly responded to my first email. He explained exactly what the problem was with my out-of-date patio tiling, why it needed to be replaced, and the long-term advantages of using larger, quality new tiles. I also appreciated the fact that he always quickly returned my texts and emails for scheduling and other questions I had. When I read other reviews and met Mike at his first visit to my condo, I realized there was no need for me to get two or three estimates from other contractors; I could tell that he had the experience and professionalism that I needed. And his crew also did an excellent job throughout the tile removal and replacement process. They are a very unified team. As a professionally trained classical musician and composer, the highest praise I can give Mike and his crew is Bravissimo! If you need someone who is extremely competent, is easy to talk to, with extensive experience, takes care in doing the job right, and finishes the project on time and at a reasonable price, Mike is the person to call.

Had Mike redo my bathrooms, and I couldn't be happier with the result. He was communicative from start to finish, kept me updated on progress and timing, and was quick to answer questions. The work was high quality, the job was done on schedule, and he was helpful with decisions along the way. Highly recommend

I hired Mike and his team through Thumbtack to remodel two full bathrooms and a half bath. From the job estimate phase to the end of the project, Mike was incredibly responsive. He provided a fair price for the work proposed and completed all three bathrooms to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the workmanship and the end product. When unexpected issues arose, Mike and his team worked them out. I'm generally not the easiest person to please but I was very happy with the work of Mike and his team. I would definitely hire this pro again.
