He was very professional, my computer was a pain it would freeze up for hours and I would get so frustrated. I was at the point to just throw it away and buy a new one but now after Mr Emil worked on it, this computer works very well. I will definitely call him again

I have been trying to get my computer working properly for years. It runs exceptionally well after Emil repaired it. I was ready to buy a new computer. I feel like I have one now. I waited a couple of weeks to post this review because I wanted to make sure it would keep working. It works better than it has in many years. He picked it up and delivered it in a couple of days. I couldn't ask for better service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I try to find out from the client as much information as possible about the issue they are experiencing, both prior to and after the noticed issue. The client may just want to be up and running just the way they were but if a more efficient and/or cost effective solution is available then I'll be able to offer them that too.
