- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work hard to keep my pricing fair and reasonable for every job. Each project is different, so I usually provide a free estimate based on the amount and type of junk that needs to be removed. There are no hidden fees, and I always aim to give honest pricing that reflects the work being done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by learning about what they need removed. I can give an estimate based on details or photos, or schedule a time to take a look in person. Once everything is agreed on, I show up ready to work, remove the items, and make sure the area is left clean and clutter-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work and learning by doing. I have built my skills over time by taking on different types of jobs, always focusing on doing the work right and improving with every project.
