I fully believe in this product and have been using it for close to 6 years. we are now having to accept instant booking. this is extremely expensive for us to pay for this type of lead. we only ask if you're using this category to please be sure you're going to hire a contractor as everyone that you are instant booking is being charged almost twice as much money for a lead. this gets very expensive if the client just decides to cancel we could lose up to $100 every time a client does that. just FYI just doing a normal booking works the same thing as instant booking. you still can set your own time frame that you want us to come and if it doesn't work out we can negotiate a different time. you don't have to use the instant booking feature to get a pro to your property just use the regular way I could write all kinds of things in here about how I'm a college educated horticulturist and can stand on my head. but what really matters is finding a perfect blend. someone who you can trust to listen to your needs. can see that vision, follow through and make it work. no excuses just good old-fashioned work ethics and making it happen. just like Yoda it's do or do not.
