Nothing broken! (Always a #1 :). The cherry on top...they listened. Everything ended up exactly where I wanted it and they referred back to my list to assure we checked off each item. It was a small remodeling move and I knew they had a 3 hour minimum, no surprise. What was a surprise was the charge for their time/gas from Orlando, plus, which added another $125 to the minimum (I didn't keep them 3 hours). Professional. Good job.

The guys were nice but they blamed this app for not bringing moving pads bc I verified they would bring them (through the app) and apparently they just didn’t know. Who doesn’t move a TV or mirror? So I had to go buy some so they didn’t go (in the Uhaul and being charged by the hour) just so they could move my TV or he said use task rabbit or he could do it tomorrow..then instead of deducting the $112 from my bill, they told me to return them. They showed up on time but didn’t bring anything to drink which perplexed me.. pretty much one guy directing the other two.. didn’t move with any urgency mind you, it’s by the hour. I asked if the owner via text beforehand if they could disassemble my Murphy bed, upon arrival I was told to use task rabbit. They were so slow loading my husband just said let’s go I can get the rest later. While unpacking, I am missing a cable for a lamp and a wheel for a desk chair. They also brought things I said to leave. Their packing included sticking one pillow in a trash bag.. one cushion from the couch in a trash bag.. glass shelves in a bench.. it’s like a not fun treasure hunt to unpack. They scratched my new floors with a dresser and dinged a few walls. I debated on leaving my review but I wish I would’ve known. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for someone else. They ended up taking off $50 at the end which was laughable… they were so slow it took 7 or 8 hours I just wanted them to leave and I will put things where they are supposed to go. Ended up with a big TV upstairs that was supposed to be downstairs and everything that was bagged up in front rooms.
