THE OFFICIATING PROCESS: CONSULTATION: Before your big day we will work together to create the perfect personalized, custom script for your ceremony. Consultations are always free and can be done in-person, over the phone or through email. UNLIMITED SCRIPT EDITS AND ADDITIONS: With unlimited script edits and unity ceremony additions the possibilities are endless! My past ceremonies average 15-20 minutes but you choose the script length and have final approval of the ceremony script. WEDDING DAY: I will arrive early to the ceremony venue to meet with your coordinator, DJ, videographer and photographer and answer any questions as well as set up any items needed for the ceremony. MICROPHONE AND MUSIC: If you do not have a sound set up at the ceremony site I have a wireless bluetooth P.A. speaker with microphone we can use. It is always travel with this with me in case of emergency. FILING THE MARRIAGE LICENSE: After the ceremony is performed and the license is signed and notarized, I will file your marriage license with the County Clerks office and you will receive your paperwork from the state up to 10 days later. Elopement services begin at $110.00 and Officiating services begin at $160.00 plus an additional $75.00 to attend and/or manage your rehearsal. Please contact me for a proper custom quote. WEDDING COORDINATION: Month-of a.k.a. Day-of Coordination is for the couple who have chosen their venue and vendors and have planned the details of the wedding ceremony and reception and need a professional to come in and manage every aspect of the wedding day. From the guest book to catering to cleaning up at the end of your event, all the major and minor details. Hiring a coordinator is an investment to help make your wedding day relaxing and stress-free; the best day of your life. I offer different types of coordination packages based on the level of service needed for your wedding: Day-of coordination only (no vendor management and no setup) Day-of coordination with setup (no vendor management) Day-of coordination with vendor management (no setup) Day-of coordination with vendor management and setup All coordination options come with the following services: Initial in-person consultation meeting Follow up meeting 3-4 weeks before your wedding day Unlimited phone and email discussions Venue tour to discuss event layout details Vendor referrals Creation of ceremony and reception timeline Managing timeline on your wedding Coordinating the rehearsal Lining up bridal party for walk down the aisle Assistance in finding last minute vendors and 'small things' items (guest book, favors, ring pillow, flower basket, grand exit options, etc) Packing up at the end of the reception; decor, gifts, cards, guest book, left over food and drink, etc. Use of my bluetooth P.A. speaker with microphone Coordination packages starting at $500.00 - please contact me for a proper custom quote dependent on the level of service your wedding day requires. Catherine was great! She met us at our wedding venue, asked us what we wanted, explained her roll and the ceremony process. Catherine typed the vow we wrote, had a microphone for our wedding song and ceremony and filed our marriage certificate with the county. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding Officiating packages starting at: $110.00/$160.00 plus $75.00 for rehearsal management/attendance; includes unlimited script revisions, use of my P.A. speaker during the ceremony, filing the license with the Clerk of Court office, etc. Please contact me for a proper quote. Event Coordination packages starting at: $400.00; includes Day-of Coordination hours as well as all meetings, managing the rehearsal and Officiating the ceremony. Please contact me for a proper quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Answer any and all questions you may have regarding the wedding process, as it can be very overwhelming and confusing. 2.) Discuss what type of ceremony you would like. 3.) Based on the information gathered, I will draft a ceremony script for you to review and to edit as many times as needed until you absolutely love it. Or, if you'd like to be more involved, I will email you options so you can build your own script. 4.) Client has final approval of the ceremony script after it has been fine tuned. 5.) I will arrive to the ceremony location at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. 6.) After the ceremony is performed, I will sign the marriage license provided by you. 7.) The following business day I will file the license with your local County Clerk's office and you will receive your certified license from the state in 10 days. 8.) If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact me anytime before or after the ceremony and I will try to assist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida Notary Public and am also ordained in Florida with First Nation Ministry as well as the Universal Life Church. I am also currently ordained in Colorado and South Dakota with First Nation Ministry as well as American Marriage Ministries.
