THE OFFICIATING PROCESS: CONSULTATION: Before your big day we will work together to create the perfect personalized, custom script for your ceremony. Consultations are always free and can be done in-person, over the phone or through email. UNLIMITED SCRIPT EDITS AND ADDITIONS: With unlimited script edits and unity ceremony additions the possibilities are endless! My past ceremonies average 15-20 minutes but you choose the script length and have final approval of the ceremony script. WEDDING DAY: I will arrive early to the ceremony venue to meet with your coordinator, DJ, videographer and photographer and answer any questions as well as set up any items needed for the ceremony. MICROPHONE AND MUSIC: If you do not have a sound set up at the ceremony site I have a wireless bluetooth P.A. speaker with microphone we can use. It is always travel with this with me in case of emergency. FILING THE MARRIAGE LICENSE: After the ceremony is performed and the license is signed and notarized, I will file your marriage license with the County Clerks office and you will receive your paperwork from the state up to 10 days later. Elopement services begin at $110.00 and Officiating services begin at $160.00 plus an additional $75.00 to attend and/or manage your rehearsal. Please contact me for a proper custom quote. WEDDING COORDINATION: Month-of a.k.a. Day-of Coordination is for the couple who have chosen their venue and vendors and have planned the details of the wedding ceremony and reception and need a professional to come in and manage every aspect of the wedding day. From the guest book to catering to cleaning up at the end of your event, all the major and minor details. Hiring a coordinator is an investment to help make your wedding day relaxing and stress-free; the best day of your life. I offer different types of coordination packages based on the level of service needed for your wedding: Day-of coordination only (no vendor management and no setup) Day-of coordination with setup (no vendor management) Day-of coordination with vendor management (no setup) Day-of coordination with vendor management and setup All coordination options come with the following services: Initial in-person consultation meeting Follow up meeting 3-4 weeks before your wedding day Unlimited phone and email discussions Venue tour to discuss event layout details Vendor referrals Creation of ceremony and reception timeline Managing timeline on your wedding Coordinating the rehearsal Lining up bridal party for walk down the aisle Assistance in finding last minute vendors and 'small things' items (guest book, favors, ring pillow, flower basket, grand exit options, etc) Packing up at the end of the reception; decor, gifts, cards, guest book, left over food and drink, etc. Use of my bluetooth P.A. speaker with microphone Coordination packages starting at $500.00 - please contact me for a proper custom quote dependent on the level of service your wedding day requires. I was "trying" to plan a 70th birthday celebration for my husband in our back yard with a confirmed head count of 43 people. Two weeks before the date of the party, I kept running into one obstacle after another and looking for vendors was taking an inordinate amount of time -- I knew I couldn't pull it off if I didn't get help. I looked on Thumbtack and communicated with several party planners. I was very impressed with Catherine's responses to my questions, and I liked her personality very much. She put my mind at ease right away. Once I engaged her services, my stress level disappeared. She took over researching vendors for best price, made all the arrangements for delivery, purchased things needed, communicated with me every step of the way, came up with great ideas I hadn't thought of, arrived three hours before the party and set up all the tables and chairs, center pieces, chafing dishes, EVERYTHING! She brought a Block Rocker to enable us to have music from our own playlist, and a microphone that hooks up to it. During the party, she made sure all the food was replenished if needed, cut the two layer cakes and plated them, and then stayed to clean up afterwards. I cannot recommend Catherine Pick highly enough. She rescued me and enabled me to have a wonderful party for my husband that would NOT have happened if I had been on my own. Thank you to the moon and back, Catherine!!

Catherine was AMAZING! Both of our families loved the ceremony and the script for it. Our dog was apart of our wedding party [he is our baby] and it was everything that we could have ever hoped for & so much more. She was awesome making it personal for us, making it feel so much more intimate. If we ever do a vow renewal, we know who to contact! We highly recommend her for your wedding! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being apart of our day!

was a perfect day thanks to her,we were running late and everything was mixed up but she worked with us and didn't care.took some pictures and edited some we loved them. she drove a far distance to do our special day and we all appreciate it and to top it off a cheap price

Catherine went out of her way to help us find the perfect location for our ceremony. She drove around taking pictures for us to choose from. She wrote a perfect ceremony and presented it perfectly. Since it was just us present, Catherine used her phone to take pictures and a video while we were reciting our vows and exchanging rings. She made a simple elopement a heartfelt and memorable day for us!

I gave Catherine one week notice to do the job. The nuptials were a secret. I had no time to go over anything she emailed me as to what she wanted me to say. One brief phone call 2 days before, we asked her to just keep it short, sweet and simple and to say a few things.... I'm so glad she pulled it off because my hubby and I were at our wits end trying to put this surprise wedding together in two short week. Catherine was nothing short of sweet, on target with her words and rolled with the punches as we went along. I'd recommend her highly. I have to add she is adorable and a few of our guest complimented "what a great job she did"
