The dryer in the stacked washer-dryer unit, which I have had for many years, stopped heating, and I contacted Serhii to see if anything could be done short of buying a whole new unit. He responded quickly and assured me that all it needed was a new heating element. He said that despite the age of the appliance, it was otherwise in good shape and should to continue to last for quite awhile. He ordered the part, and two days later replaced the bad heating element. He was prompt and professional, and charged me a very reasonable price for the part and his labor. I am grateful for his expertise and relieved that I didn’t have to spend a lot more money to buy a new unit.
